I Have Had A Headache For 14 Days In A

I have had a headache for 14 days in a row..pressure on very top of head that will not go away it is worse when I move around but calms down when I lie down light or noise doesn't worsen it..now my ears have been ringing last 3days i have A pulling sensation o top of my head and tingling..No blurred vision of course speech NO has been good i check it daily117/76. No fever
