I Have Had A Heart Attack Around 18month Ago. My

I have had a heart attack around 18month ago. My blood pressure was 148 over 98 today. Would this be a reason for concern? Also, my cardiologist wants me to continue to take Beats-blockers (Bisoprolol) although they make me fell unwell and reduce my daily performance rate.
