I Have Had A Hernia Right Above My Belly Button

I have had a hernia right above my belly button 2 years ago I took my dog out and I hunched over in pain . When I push in my stomach now I hear a squishy sound and if I don't there is a protrusion above my belly button Iam not in a lot of pain once I push it back in? YYYY@YYYY
