I Have Had A History Of Panic Attacks In The

I have had a history of panic attacks in the past, and I think I had one today. However my blood pressure was taken and it shop up to 158/100 today ( it is always 120/80). My blood pressure returned to normal after the episode. Do you think that is merely a symptom of the attack?
