I Have Had A Horrible Head Ache For 2 Weeks.

I have had a horrible head ache for 2 weeks. I have been to the doctor 2 times and they keep pushing it off as sinus related even though the pain is in the back of my head close to my neck. I am dizzy, sometimes confused and I gag a lot but never feel sick to my stomach. Also I hear a bubbling/fizzing noise in the back of my neck near the pain, that does not require movement. Please HELP any suggestions
