I Have Had A Hysterectomy 4 Months Ago (my Overuse

I have had a hysterectomy 4 months ago (my overuse were left) I have been having episodes of bleeding, bloating and discomfort. I've had a scan and it's found I have free fluid in my cud de sac!
The discomfort and bloating has not eased up and to be honest it's getting worse and now the bleeding has started again!
My GP has referred me to the gynaecologist for further investigation then a decision will be made for treatment.
My question is would could have caused this and what treatment is likely.
