I Have Had A Left Earache For 4 Weeks, Sore

I have had a left earache for 4 weeks, sore left side of throat for 4 days, fatigue for 8 weeks, no fever and hoarseness for four weeks. It began with a head cold in October that got better but never felt it went entirely away. Developed sinus infection in December for which I took antibiotic, better but not well. Went back to doctor and was prescribed methylprednisone and Advair. Better until stopped methylprednisone. Still using Advair. Being sent to ENT. Your thoughts?
