I Have Had A Light Discharge That Is Dark Brown

I have had a light discharge that is dark brown and sometime stringy. I also have brown flakes in my urine and mild lower abdominal pain. This started almost a week ago and now I'm experiencing chills/low-grade fever and body aching/fatigue. Had yeast infection or what seemed to be a yeast infection about a month ago. Never got diagnosed with it but treated with over the counter monistat three day treatment.
