I Have Had A Light Stroke The Doctor Says. I

I have had a light stroke the doctor says. I am having slurred speech. I get choked very easily on liquids. Sometimes on food. Can't get mucus up out of my mouth. I just stuck my finger down my throat and felt a piece of my throat unattached. Is that normal?
