I Have Had A Lot Of Difficulty Urinating Over The

I have had a lot of difficulty urinating over the last few days. It has been accompanied by what seems to be bladder spasms creating a strong urge to urinate but an inability to once I rush to go to the bathroom. When this happens I have an intense amount of pain and discomfort. The pain also seems to worsen at night. I had a leftover rx of bactrim that I started 3days ago, as well as cranberry supplements & ibprofin for the discomfort but none of this seems to be helping. Any suggestions? Thank you.
