I Have Had A Lot Of Pain In My Back

I have had a lot of pain in my back and stomach area all day (in line with my belly button) but have no bladder infection symptoms at all - (i.e. burning while urinating, etc.). I have noticed the last 3-4 weeks that when I urinate I have to "push" to empty the bladder. Joyce
