I Have Had A Lot Of Pain On My Pelvic

I have had a lot of pain on my pelvic area and always feel like I have a urinary infection, also I get a lot of pain on my right flank of my back, now for about a few weeks I have been peeing an oily substance and a lot of bubbles, I have been to many doctors and no one knows what is going on. maybe you can give me some advice to pinpoint the problem.
