I Have Had A Low Grade Fever For Approximately 3

I have had a low grade fever for approximately 3 weeks. The fevers come and go throughout the day no real time pattern. I have also been dealing with skin rashes for 4 months at my breast, bikini line arm pits and now the base of my neck. they come and go at different times. I also have a benign brain tumor .
