I Have Had A Lump At The Bottom Of My

I have had a lump at the bottom of my spine basically at the top of my bum it has been there for as long as I can remember it sort of feels like something is wrong with the bone or the structure of it ,it's not red or anything I have to move about to re adjust my position if I am sitting for to long as it starts to hurt is there any advice you can give?
