I Have Had A Lump In My Groin Area For

I have had a lump in my groin area for a couple months now. It is starting to bother me and there is an umcomfortable pain associated with it. I was just researching goin lumps. I'm a 36 year old female. I have had the same partner for 3 years. I'm just trying to figure out what this could be. I first noticed it and it was pea sized but it has grown a little bit in size.
