I Have Had A Lump In The Right Side Of

I have had a lump in the right side of my neck for a year that has grown larger. It does not hurt but is now pressing on something that when I speak I know it is there. I have a dry cough also for the past six months with no illness associated with it. I had a sonogram today and the tech said that it is near the bulb of the ceratoid artery. There is a pulse when I touch it but not always.
