I Have Had A Lump On My Groin For Many

I have had a lump on my groin for many years. One dr. said it was an ingrown hair and drained it. It came back . I have squeezed it to clear it but it comes back. This last time I let it stay and it grew to about the size of a quarter. When I was finally able to drain it it had the usual fetide pus- like . It has been draining lightly since with the same odor and clear, blood stained fluid. It does not hurt. I have not had ever any malaise related to it.
I am a 69 years old female. I shower with skin sensitive soap and wear clean cloth every day. The area stays clean and dry( no sweat).
I do not want to ignore this anymore. What type of dr. should address this concern?
