I Have Had A Lump Removed From Between My Large

I have had a lump removed from between my large and next toe, currently with three stiches. However there is an open part of the wound which is moist and is directly between the toes, meaning rubbing etc. I keep it in the sun and dry as much as possible, but still don't see how it can get a chance to scab up and heal
