I Have Had A Mastoid Operation When I Was A

I have had a mastoid operation when I was a young child. The bone was removed. I also have a larger opening to my ear because of having polips removed. I have about 20% hearing in that ear.recently I keep hearing a sound that i can describe as glasses clinking together. I have it mosT of the time. i am now 61.
