I Have Had A Mild Fever On And Off For

I have had a mild fever on and off for the past few nights. Sweating and chills but do not have cold symptoms or upset stomach. Otherwise I feel good, but a dull headache that I cant seem to get rid of. I had a cold about three weeks ago, and got over that quickly, maybe not as quick as I would of hoped?
