I Have Had A Mild Sore Throat, The Feeling Of

I have had a mild sore throat, the feeling of something being stuck in my throat, constantly clearing my throat, a mild cough for several months now. I have been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, gerd, schatzki ring and a small thyroid nodule over the past few years. What do you think may be causing my current symptoms?
