I Have Had A Miscarriage In April And Had To

I have had a miscarriage in April and had to go into tgeatre to have a clean out, after that I was fine. It had been 3 week and I am as if I'm pregnant with the bloated stomach, I'm in pain with this in my abdomen and back. Can you please advice.
