I Have Had A Nagging Productive Cough For 2 Weeks.

I have had a nagging productive cough for 2 weeks. Last night my right shoulder had severe pain near the neck and shoulder intersect enough to wake me from a sound sleep. I also have solid tightness in my chest causing shortness of breath. I am female.
