I Have Had A Nipple Piercing For The Past 5

I have had a nipple piercing for the past 5 months and recently i found a small bump beside one of the openings. The bump is quite small but I can see that the bump has a bit off pus inside. There is no pain and any redness, but I'm afraid of infection or the pus creating future complications such as abscess or cysts. I have been cleaning it with NaCl 0.9 solution twice daily. Should I be concerned or continue to clean daily hoping it will go away. Also, would you recommend using Garamycin cream or Soframycin
