I Have Had A Nose Bleed On And Off Today.

I have had a nose bleed on and off today. It has not had much blood but enough to have to stop get a tissue and hold it in position for 5 min. I have also been having headaches for several days, helped by aspirin. A year ago I had surgery for a spinal fluid leak. Could all of these symptoms be related?
