I Have Had A Numb Like Pain In The Area

I have had a numb like pain in the area of my right tricep part of my arm. Being a former professional sportsman I am used to strains, etc and this pain is unlike anything normal... It feels like tooth ache and is worrying. Mainly occurs during the day.
