I Have Had A Number Of Small Ulcerated Areas On

I have had a number of small ulcerated areas on both of my lower legs following scratching and biting from my pet cat, which eventually heal. Srrounding skin is darkened and thickened in places with some areas of reddened scaliness. I also have some swelling on the shin areas and even loose socks leave impressions due to residual swelling. there is no heat, hence I feel no active infection.
