I Have Had A Number Of Symptoms Recently Not Sure

I have had a number of symptoms recently not sure if they are related bu they are as follows
extremely sore and swollen breasts that are hard and hot to touch, unusual levels or sweating, a fleshy lump on the front of my throat (which has not gone) fatigue but also insomnia. waking up some nights chocking, often feeling dizzy m,weight gain and just generally feeling not completely well
