I Have Had A Ongoing Ear Infection For The Past

I have had a ongoing ear infection for the past 6 weeks comets trying to cause me dizziness I think a bit of forgetfulness too. What would be the least neurotoxic anybody to take. Or should I try homeopathic remedy such as grape seed extract. Also wouldn't an ear infection that went to your brain cause a fever?
