I Have Had A Pace Maker And Have Later Had

I have had a pace maker and have later had to have two stents. I am still having trouble with shortness of breat and dizzy and light headed with exercise and walking also going up stairs. My dr. Said I could have blockage that didn't show up through the dye test. He said there are small one that might not show. Is this passable?
