I Have Had A Pain In My Neck ,right Side,

I have had a pain in my neck ,right side, for some time and doct or put it down to muscular. However I now find my left leg and arm are not functioning too well and I find it hard to walk. And get breathless. I have had two lots of stents inserted (heart recently ) am 70 years old and my father suffered a massive at that age. Should I mention 'Carolina artery' on my visit to doc tomorrow or am I supersensitive? Thanks,, Mary
