I Have Had A Pain That Radiates From My Breast

I have had a pain that radiates from my breast bone to my belly button. I can't take deep breaths and it hurts just to stand. The only time I feel a sense of relief is when I lay down at a certain angle. I vomited earlier today that was yellow and a bit sudsy. My sister thinks it may be an ulcer.
