I Have Had A Painful 24/7 Road With Intestinal Problems

I have had a painful 24/7 road with intestinal problems which has consumed my life to which I am constantly fighting. I either am constipated to the point where my stomach is huge, heavy, lots of pain which makes my legs so weak or I am having bowel movements every 10-20 mins. or I have the extreme urge to go & don't. Have been told I have IBS-C & muscle in my anal (forgot the name of it)
