I Have Had A Patch Of What Appears To Be

I have had a patch of what appears to be tiny blisters in a cluster that popped up in a mater of minutes on my left butt check close to the crack. I am seeing lots of things that say herpes and have never had anything of the sorts nor has my husband of 14 years. I sat on a bench on the back porch when I felt a stinging sensation earlier today and after my shower it appears that it is a small cluster of blisters. What could it be?
