I Have Had A Pessary For About Two Years And

I have had a pessary for about two years and last week the Doctor replaced assize 8 with a size 6 and now i have a bladder prolapse a lot worse than before ,whenever I am on my feet for five minutes the bladder is down. The pessary has not moved it just seems to not work as it did before
