I Have Had A Phelmy Cough And Frequent Headaches Off

I have had a phelmy cough and frequent headaches off and on for several weeks. I suspect something to do with my sinuses and allergies related to our long dry summer. It is relieved somewhat when I shower each morning, but the symptoms always return. Suggestions?
