I Have Had A Pilonidal Cyst For About 9 Years.

I have had a pilonidal cyst for about 9 years. I have had it drained about as many times. About a year un a half ago i started to bleed while going to the bathroom. I also use the bathroom around 7 times a day. Its normally number 2 and its bloody and most of the time looks like coffee grounds. It will clear up and i function fine besides going multiple times a day. I have bad stomach pain and get headaches. Could my untreated cyst be the cause. I also stopped smoking 2 months before this all started. I stop smoking a year and a half ago and thats when the bleeding started. Please help. I have no insurance and the hospital says its not life threatening. I think bleeding from my behind and stomach pain is a serious problem.
