I Have Had A Plugged Right Ear Off And On

I have had a plugged right ear off and on for about a month - feels like water in the ear. It started feeling a bit better but now I am getting nosebleeds in the right nostril. I never get nosebleeds. Also for the last week my head feels like there is a lot of pressure as if it could explode. I have been on steroids for about a year now for temporal arteritis, down to one 5 mg. pill a day. Could this be the cause.
