I Have Had A Pretty Severe Sore Throat For About

I have had a pretty severe sore throat for about 4- 5 days and it keeps getting worse. It's a lot worse on the right side and my ear is killing me. My glands are swollen as well and I have some sinus drainage and a very bad headache. I have not had a fever. I've been very tired as well. Not sure if I need to go to the doctor or not.
