I Have Had A Previous Anterior Fusion With Plate At

I have had a previous anterior fusion with plate at C5-C6..I am now diagnosed with broad-based disc osteophyte complex with mass effect on thecal sac at three other levels.Also included moderate bilateral foraminal narrowing at three levels.Moderate central canal stenosis at the three levels.Ventral subarachnoid space effaced at three levels. Also a 3mm of retrolisthesis at C4-C5.. What does all this mean in laymen's terms and what could possible remedys be.. I have neurological pains from my neck to shoulders, hands,arms, center back, hips, knees calves feet.Including vertigo and bladder incontinence..
