I Have Had A Previous Injury Were I Hurt My

I have had a previous injury were I hurt my arm badly now for about 4 years I will all of a sudden have my fingers swell up and my arm and fingers will become stiff and hurt badly and in about a week it will go back to normal and sometimes it can stay like that for at least a month
