I Have Had A Problem Where It Stings When I

I have had a problem where it stings when I have sex and sometimes when I pass urine and then sometimes I bleed a little as well, discharge is white and thick and my vagina although it isnt a strong smell does give off a scent, just found a small pus filled spot on the inside of my vagina near the hole, ive been tested for stis and its come back negative, I want to cry I dont know what to do..
