I Have Had A Problem With My Ears Since Yesterday.

I have had a problem with my ears since yesterday. I took a Diflucan for yeast last Friday and the Friday before at the advice of my gynecologist. I am a diabetic. I have sinus problems. I am homebound. I have no hearing in my right ear which is the ear I use on my headset to talk on the phone. How concerned should I be right now.
