I Have Had A Problem With My Tongue, It Is

I have had a problem with my tongue, it is constantly going around my mouth cleaning my gums and as a result my tongue can be very sore especially in the morning when it would appear my tongue has been active during the night, I have been on medication for nearly thirty years for Bipolar Disorder, one of the drugs I am using is Seroquel I have read that may cause such a side effect, I wonder if this is possible
