I Have Had A Problem With Pruritus For Two Years.

I have had a problem with pruritus for two years. Doesn't appear to be eczema, and not always at the same location. Seems to appear everywhere and areas of my face are more common. Have had tests for allergies and no positive results, blood tests have shown no relation to my liver. Any other possibilities?
