I Have Had A Progressive Pain In My Neck And

I have had a progressive pain in my neck and upper back on my right side over the past 3-4 days that is getting worse. I have tried heat wraps and cream such as Sombra to no avail. I have had no injury or drama that I know of to initiate such pain and have no history of similar pain in my 80 years. Any help will be appreciated.
