I Have Had A Prolapse Repair And Was In Hospital

I have had a prolapse repair and was in hospital for 3 days have been feeling fantastic not doing a lot of resting because I have felt so good!
My problem now is, it's 10 days after my op and l have started to bleed a little with a small amount of clotting should I be concerned?
