I Have Had A Rash For Years In Different Places.in

I have had a rash for years in different places.in my har line,of my neck.then I have it on my chest around my belt line on my back . My internest gave me clotrmazole and betamethasome diproplonate cream.to put on it . I have tried other things. It gets red it dries up for a week or so then comes back.
