I Have Had A Rash On My Chest And Neck

I have had a rash on my chest and neck for 3 months. Went to doc. Said I was allergic to a necklace. Haven't wore necklaces for 4 months now and still have the rash. Also got steroid cream. Nothing. I have also tried Ivy Dry because I thought maybe I got a case of poison shumac. Never had it before but I am extremely allergic to poison ivy and oak......I did have about 5 bites on my forearms at the same time. My dogs are in the woods a lot and I thought maybe I got in contact with something off of them. They were itching for a while. But, they have stopped itching for at least 2 months. Not me. I also had it on my leg....but is now gone. It does't look bad. Not crusty. Just rosy and a little itchy. What do you think?
