I Have Had A Rash On My Lower Back And

I have had a rash on my lower back and stomach side since summer. I believe this originated from cutting the grass and being near woods at my church. I have put on 2.5 hydrocortisone and it doesn't really do anything. the rash never spreads, but just pretty much itches all the time. I
